Therapeutic massage helps balance the stressful lives many of us lead today. My work as a professional massage therapist is focused on improving the well-being of my clients. I use a variety of techniques to help reduce tension, promote healing and maintain optimum health.

My training: I attended the Centerpoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy School & Clinic in Minneapolis and began my journey of learning and practicing the healing arts. Intensive training in Shiatsu and Therapeutic Massage provided me with a solid foundation and a holistic approach to healing.

I work as a massage therapist and teach advanced therapeutic massage at Centerpoint, the leading bodywork institution in the Twin Cities. Over the years, many of my clients who have experienced chronic pain or struggled to rehabilitate injuries found relief and regained full range of motion with my results oriented, solution-focused treatments.

My approach: Our session begins by discussing your health history. Together, we identify your areas of tension or injury to help me customize your massage. Next, I’ll provide an overview of what you can expect and I’ll answer any questions you have before we begin.

Trigger point therapy is used to identify and treat your tight / sore muscles. Many clients’ neck, shoulder or back pain can be relieved with regular massage. Those who have experienced chronic pain often feel remarkably better after just one session. But those who complete a multi-session program are more likely to enjoy long-term results including reduced pain, increased flexibility and a better quality of life. Read client testimonials.

Myofascial release focuses on the muscles and fascia (your body’s connective tissue). Regular massage reduces muscle adhesions (ouch) and the severity and sensitivity of scar tissue. If you have old, nagging injuries that are still causing pain be sure to mention them. We can focus on those areas and get you on a path to healing!

My goal is to help you live in a personal state of well-being. That includes providing regular massage and tips to keep you on track between sessions. Stay well by reading my blog for tips on healthy living and self-care. READ blog.
